Following success from the previous Zoom live event with Chef Desi, on August 13, Rich's Indonesia held another online workshop demo with Chef Beng Budiarso. One of the Top 10 Masterchef Season 2 chef is also known as an International Baking Teacher and has more than 20,000 followers on Instagram.

During the event that was located in the head office of PT Rich Products Indonesia, Chef Beng shared 2 recipes. The first menu Es Teler Salted Caramel Cake which uses Bettercreme. Bettercreme is the new product launched by Rich's, the cream has a good stability that can replace the usage of traditional butter cream. Chef Beng mentioned that Bettercreme able to provide a special taste for his creations. "Plus, Bettercreme is very easy to use," Chef Beng said. The Chef also used Gold Label to make Salted Caramel Sauce as delicious topping for Es Teler Cake.

As for the second menu Milo Bread, Chef Beng used Bettercreme for the bread filling. Based on his experiences, Bettercreme is stable at room temperature, which is good options for filling. After Chef Beng demonstrated 2 creations, Chef Adam from PT Rich Products Indonesia turns to create Choco Oreo Blended which used Whip Topping Chocolate and Non Dairy Creamer as the main ingredients.

Non Dairy Creamer normally used for trending beverage creations. With simple pour of the product on your creations will upgrade your quality taste of beverage. Every creations will become tastier and creamier. Meanwhile, as a dollop, Chef Adam uses Whip Topping Chocolate with a delicious chocolate taste. In addition to beverage creations, Whip Topping Chocolate can also be used as icing and filling.
