Georgia Dachille

Executive Vice President, Chief People & Transformation Officer

As Executive Vice President and Chief People & Transformation Officer, Georgia Dachille leads Rich’s global people strategy and transformation agenda. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness, while continuing to drive enterprise-wide change through the Transformation Office.

A 30-year veteran of Rich’s, Georgia has held senior leadership roles across international finance, global supply chain, R&D, and innovation. Under her leadership, Rich’s has invested in critical technology and digital initiatives that unify the company through simple, standard, global processes—delivering greater value for customers around the world.

Prior to joining Rich’s in 1991, Georgia spent four years at EY (formerly Ernst & Young). She earned both her MBA and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Canisius University (formerly Canisius College).

Georgia is deeply committed to creating opportunities for associates to develop, grow, and lead—supporting a culture where people feel valued and empowered.

She and her husband Bob have two grown children.

Georgia joined Rich’s in 1991 and has served in several senior leadership roles across international finance and global supply chain, most recently as EVP of Global Supply Chain and Technology. Prior to Rich’s, she spent four years at EY (formerly Ernst & Young).

Committed to advancing and empowering women at all levels, Georgia has been a fierce advocate for gender-balanced leadership. She served as the co-chair of Rich’s OWN (Our Women’s Network) Advisory Board for nearly a decade and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Girls Education Collaborative.
