Fixing overwhipped cream by mixing it again in the mixer and slowly add 25%-50% of new batch liquid Rich's cream (depends on the volume you have). Set mixer on medium/high speed until soft peak.

Leftover liquid cream can be stored in the chiller but do remember that the Max shelf life is 2 weeks (depending on chiller).
Meanwhile, for whipped cream, store it in the freezer. Shelf life up to 1 month. To re-use it, you can add the liquid cream and mix until soft peak.

If Rich’s products received frozen/still, has frost on it, store it in the freezer. The product Shelf life is 1 year or until the expired date.
If the Rich’s products received in a liquid state, store in a chiller before use (temperature 7 - 15°C). The product will last up to 5 - 7 days before opening (depends on chiller).*

*Not applicable for these products: Double Cream, ICEHOT All-Purpose Creamer Concentrate, Original Frozen Tart Pastry, and Whip Topping Base.

For icing / simple decoration, it's recommended to use Bettercreme as an alternative to buttercream that doesn't leave sticky mouthfeel. Once applied, the cake with Bettercreme will last 24 hours at room temperature.

However, for decoration and whipped cream design creations (such as: flowers, animals and more) it’s recommendedable to use Gold Label which was known for stable results in decorations.
