How to make
Base Cake

  1. Combine whole eggs, sugar, water and Emulsifier and beat for 2 minutes.
  2. Combine flour, milk flour and beat for 7 minutes.
  3. Mix NIAGARA FARMS, butter which has been warmed on low speed.
  4. Bake with an upper temperature of 175 C and a lower temperature of 170 C for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into a 20x20 square pan, into 3 pans.
Topping

Whisk BETTERCREME for coating and topping for top garnish then top with meses and chopped nuts.
