Welcoming Chinese New Year, Rich's Indonesia held a live demo with menu Oriental Potsticker and Asian Sweet and Sour Fish menus on January 12. The event featured two Rich's chefs, namely Chef Jessica, Pastry and Cake Specialist and Chef Kevin, Culinary Specialist at PT Rich Products Indonesia.
Oriental Potsticker is a familiar menu treats during Chinese New Year. Meanwhile, for the main food, Asian Sweet and Sour Fish is a favorite menu. So, these two menus were good to be creations for the libe demo special Chinese New Year.
First of all, live demo was started by Chef Kevin that made the Oriental Potsticker or better known as Gyoza. He made Oriental Potsticker with Non Dairy Creamer to make it more delicious and creamy. It’s also practical, just mix the Non Dairy Creamer at the end of the cooking process. The Oriental Potsticker will instantly become a family favorite. Non Dairy Creamer is also versatile, can be used as an ingredient in mixed beverage as well as a substitute for coconut milk in traditional dishes or beverage.
Next, Chef Jessica made Asian Sweet and Sour Fish. This cuisine is one of the special menus usually served during Chinese New Year. To make it even more delicious, Chef Jessica add Niagara Farms. This product has a delicious milky taste and can be used for sauce or Western cuisine such as Cream Soup and Spaghetti Carbonara.
Live demo audience was also very enthusiastic about this live demo and many gave positive comments.
