Following the theme of “Eid Mubarak’s Inspirational Holiday”, on 24th March 2019, Rich’s Indonesia held a Grand Demo Rich’s 2019 in Palembang. The Grand Demo Rich’s was welcomed warmly by the Palembang community, even though this is the first time the event of Grand Demo were organized here in Palembang, yet it doesn’t lessen the lively crowds. Rich’s Indonesia team prepared 70 types of beautiful cake decorations, new trend of breads and beverages that will be given to the lucky attendees as a welcome gifts.
The customers were on the good spirit to be able to learn insights of recipes of cake, cookies and drinks that can be used for Ramadhan month & during Lebaran day. Crowds are excited during the take turns of Chef representative from Rich’s Vietnam with his demonstration of the 3D decoration and romantic flower bouquet cake. Close to evening, Chef announcing the Doorprize winners for the attendees who are able to answer Chef’s questions during the demonstration. When its Medan city turn to have Grand Demo on 14th April 2019, Rich’s Indonesia continuously held a bigger and better performance with wider crowds than last year’s Grand Demo. Medan community seemed enthusiastic and familiar with the Rich’s team and their programmes. Proven with the positive feedbacks and their amazement over the new cake decorations displays. The Wedding Cake sections were getting the most appreciations and not to forget Rich’s Chefs performances that are captivating the audiences.
Aside from giving the recipes tutorials and ideas for Ramadhan months, the Chefs were eloquent and thoughtful enough in answering audience’s questions and requests during demonstration. They have tips and insight tricks over baking business world, even great recommendations to leverage the home baker’s business or even another start up. As a closure, Chefs were announcing Doorprize and then ended with taking group pictures.
