PT Rich Products Indonesia held of charity programs in an effort to take part in humanitarian activities during the pandemic. The charity was provided by Rich's in collaboration with various parties such as the community by sharing food for people around on the streets. In addition, Rich's Indonesia also often collaborates with bakeries in Medan, namely Cotta Bakery and Snoppen Bakery by distributing foods such as Macaroni Schotel, Bread, Roll Bread, and so on to orphanages.

The Rich's Indonesia team, located in Medan, is also directly involved in this charity program. The program, which takes place from August to September 2021, is a form of PT Rich Products Indonesia's concern and will consistently be carried out to help the surrounding community.

In the future, PT Rich Products Indonesia will also collaborate with various foundations to create culinary courses or classes for people who are less fortunate and want to learn culinary arts. Rich's will also do charity strategically and on target and it is possible to invite institutions, culinary entrepreneurs, and other communities to be involved throughout Indonesia.
