- Products are received frozen and stored in the freezer at -18°C, with a shelf life of 12 months. Store in the refrigerator for 24 hours before use. Do not re-frozen products that have defrosted. Shake before opening the package. Use the product straight from the package, mix it with the necessary ingredients, and bake at the temperature specified in the recipe. After use, store the product back in the chiller with a shelf life of 1-3 days.
