Put the kadayif in a container then pour the melted butter and stir until smooth, set aside.
Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, and Double Cream then stir until smooth.
Arrange the kadayif in the pan halfway to the side of the pan then pour the cheese mixture evenly, cover again with the kadayif.
Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Once cooked, pour in simple syrup.
Garnish with pistachios and ready to serve.
