Rich's at the MEGABUILD Indonesia Event in Collaboration with Modena
Rich's participated in the MEGABUILD Indonesia (MBI) event in collaboration with MODENA Indonesia. MEGABUILD Indonesia (MBI) is an exhibition in the field of business, a network between partners and suppliers, as well as a center of inspiration for Indonesia's future designs. This event is located at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) and will take place from 23 – 26 February 2023.
This event was attended by more than 500 local and international brands and gathered more than 200,000 professionals from developers, project owners, operators, and architects, to interior designers.
In this MEGABUILD Indonesia (MBI) event, Rich's also took part by conducting a culinary demo in collaboration with Modena. There are two recipes made by Chef Gori, Korean Rose Udon and Portuguese Egg Tart and these two creations are currently on popular menus. Korean Rose Udon is so special because it uses a combination of typical Korean seasonings with Double Cream.
Produces a creamy dish with a distinctive taste. For those who like sweet and spicy flavors, you will like this menu. The advantage of Double Cream is that it has a plain taste, so it is ideal to be combined with various kinds of spices. In addition, food with Double Cream remains stable even if it is reheated.
The second menu created by Chef Gori is Portuguese Egg Tart. This type of Tart from Portugal uses the basic ingredients of eggs and custard. To make Portuguese Egg Tart, Chef Gori uses All-Purpose Custard Base and Frozen Tart Pastry. This special combo from Rich's is very practical to use and can save production time.
All-Purpose Custard Base is ready to mix product, it only needs to be mixed with other ingredients. Meanwhile, Frozen Tart Pastry is ready to use with a premium taste. Already in Tart form printed with aluminum foil. These two products will produce a Portuguese Egg Tart with a crunchy outer layer and a sweet and soft inside in the middle.
The participants did not only come from professionals but also from students and business beginners. When Chef Gori shared his creations, the participants seemed very enthusiastic. One of them, Riska, a student who tasted the Portuguese Egg Tart made with two of Rich's newest products. “It tastes really good. When bitten, the custard is soft and the tart is crunchy," she said.
Not only that but there is also a question and answer session with attractive prizes. In the future, Rich's will actively collaborate with various parties to get closer and introduce Rich's products to the public. Rich's also often holds Grand Demos in various cities to introduce the advantages of our products which are very suitable for food service.
