Boil water, Rich's Double Cream, butter, salt, and sugar until it boils.
After boiling, turn off the heat. Then add flour, and mix well.
Then add the eggs, and stir again until smooth. Then arrange it on the tin.
Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with chopped nuts, then bake at 180°c for 20-25 minutes.
Mix Topping Chocolate Whip until stiff, then inject into the cooked eclair.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and ready to serve.
