Mix butter and powdered sugar until pale. Add the eggs and stir again at low speed until smooth.
Add lemon zest and vanilla paste, stir again.
Add flour and baking powder, then add Rich's Double Cream, stir until smooth.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Round the dressing with powdered sugar.
Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
