Lemon Juice

How to make

Mix eggs, sugar, and lemon zest, then add lemon juice and stir until homogeneous.

Add Rich's All-Purpose Custard Base, and stir until well blended.

Pour the batter into the mini tartlets until they are 80% full.

04

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 17 minutes. Remove, and store in the chiller before serving.
