Mix the egg yolks and Rich's All-Purpose Custard Base, stir until there are no lumps then strain. Store in the chiller for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Rich's Original Frozen Tart Pastry, arrange it on a baking sheet then pour the 'Base' into the Rich's Original Frozen Tart Pastry as much as 30gr.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (top) and 210°C (bottom) for 25 minutes.
