Ideal for a variety of tart pastry applications, sweet or savory

Products are received frozen and stored in a freezer at -18°C, with a shelf life of 8 months.
Rest 5-10 minutes at room temperature before use.
Take out the product only when it will be used and do not store it in the chiller.
Arrange the products on the baking sheet, and fill them with prepared custard or dough.
Bake at 200˚C - 210˚C for 25 minutes or according to the application recipe.
