Charming & Sweet Crème Brulee

Creme Brulee is a special menu at luxury restaurant with a characteristic texture that is very soft on the inside and crunchy caramel on the top. This classic French dessert dish is made with simple ingredients, such as egg yolk, sugar and cream. To make it even more charming, the Crème Brulee is then baked in the oven and then sprinkled with sugar which is torched to caramelize. When enjoyed, it will melt in the mouth.
