2023 brings wonderful and happy memories. Now, it's time to make resolutions for 2024. At the end of the year, Rich's has summarized the sweet memories that occurred during 2023. There were many inspiring activities such as grand demo, participating in exhibitions, launching innovative product, and other activities.

The All-Purpose Custard Base is Rich's latest innovation, designed to save production time. It comes in a ready-to-use liquid form, providing excellent quality for F&B businesses in Indonesia.
Committed to developing food solutions and efficiencies for customers. Rich's presents Original Frozen Tart Pastry. This ready to bake Frozen Tart Pastry product is premium and can increase effectiveness in making various pastries.
All coffee shop businesses will need high quality creamer so Rich's launched ICEHOT All-Purpose Creamer Concentrate which can improve the taste of a beverage and make it creamier.

Apart from launching new products to meet food service needs, Rich's also participates in holding various events. Here’s the summary.
Rich's successfully held roadshows in 5 cities in Indonesia, Medan, Pematang Siantar, Kisaran, Jakarta and Bandung. The grand demo, which took place from 8 - 18 March 2023, was welcomed very enthusiastically by participants who also came not only from the city but also the surrounding area.
In collaboration with Flife Indonesia, Rich's held a cooking demo at the Jakarta Fair (PRJ) on June 17 and July 15. This cooking demo is about to increase brand awareness for both parties.
Rich's contributed to Food Hotel Indonesia (FHI) which will be held on 25 – 28 July 2023 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta. In this event, Rich's took part in introducing trends and business ideas in collaboration with several brands, from kitchen appliances to ingredients manufacturers for the F & B industry.
In collaboration with various restaurant / café, Rich's created a new breakthrough, an innovative event called Kitchen Take Over. Rich's "took over" the kitchen of a restaurant to create a special menu. This event will be held periodically and is a program from Rich's.
In 2023, Rich's will hold 2 contests in 2 big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta and Medan. In this event Rich's selects the best contestants to show their talents in the Grand Final. In the future, Rich's will hold similar contest events in other cities in Indonesia with more attractive prize.
Rich's appreciates the Interfood event and is proud to be part of the event. By holding events in 3 places at once, Rich's succeeded in providing special activities and sharing trends for food & beverage business. The three locations for Rich's activities include the Interfood event, Holiday Inn Kemayoran, and Rich's Indonesia Head Office.
