In collaboration with the Home by Moonshine restaurant, Rich's created a new concept, an innovative event called Kitchen Take Over. The concept of Kitchen Take Over itself is that the Rich's team "takes over" kitchen of the Home by Moonshine restaurant to create a special menu, combining traditional food with Western menu.
Two chefs and one barista from Rich's took part in this event. Chef Leonard from Rich's Malaysia, Chef Gori from Rich's Indonesia, and Barista Lish from Rich's Malaysia. The three of them are ready to create delicious menu treats that are ready to pamper guests.
The dinner series starts with an appetizer with a Creamy Shrimp Bisque menu. Presents a typical French dish with a savory, soft texture, and tempting seafood aroma. Made with Double Cream and produces a thick, creamy texture, and can enhance the taste.
The second appetizer menu is Creamy Tuna Gohu with Crackers. Gohu itself is a typical Maluku tuna fish with a soft texture, savory taste, fresh sourness, and a slightly sweet taste. When eaten with crackers, the crunchy texture combines well with the soft tuna.
Followed by the Grilled Balsamic Salmon menu that cooked at a high temperature for a short time to maintain the juicy taste of the salmon itself. As a balance of carbohydrates and nutrients, this menu is served with potatoes and various vegetables.
In the dessert section, there’s Colenak Cheese Cake. This menu combines typical Bandung and Western dishes. The main ingredient in Colenak itself is roasted cassava tape and to make it even more delicious it is combined with All-Purpose Custard Base. To add flavor, this food is served with a sauce made from brown sugar/palm sugar. The overall taste you get is sweet and delicious.
It feels incomplete if you don't enjoy a refreshing beverage. Barista Lish has prepared a special beverage, namely Es Kelapa Peach with ICEHOT All-Purpose Creamer Concentrate. Es Kelapa Peach has a creamy, sticky, fresh taste with a unique taste sensation.
