- Cooking cream for various culinary applications that is acid-resistant and remains stable at hot temperature.
- Products are received frozen and stored in the freezer at -18°C. Do not re-frozen products that have defrosted. The shelf life of the product before use is 12 months. For best quality, use within 7 days of opening. Store in the refrigerator for 24 hours before use. Shake before opening the package. Use the product straight from the package. After use, store the product back in the chiller with a shelf life of 1 week.
