Rich's contributed to Food Hotel Indonesia (FHI) which was held on 25-28 July 2023 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta. In this biggest annual international event for the Hospitality and F&B Industry in Indonesia, Rich's took part in introducing business trends and ideas in collaboration with many brands, from kitchen appliance to food ingredients for the F&B industry.
One of Rich's activities at FHI was filled with a cooking demo at the Modena Indonesia Booth. For 3 days, Chef Ayu and Chef Gori took turns sharing simple, easy recipes for business ideas. Of course, it will be even more delicious and easier to use the Rich's product application. One of the things that attracted the most visitors was All-Purpose Custard Base and Original Frozen Tart Pastry for making Portuguese Egg Tart.
The use of these two products can shorten production time and reduce cost. Rich's is also providing free tasting and quiz during the event. Next, we have Double Cream. In making this Portuguese Egg Tart, we also use an oven from Unox, with a high fan technology that can even out the baking temperature. The result is a perfectly cooked Portuguese Egg Tart with a beautiful color. This baking demo was carried out 4 days in a row at the Duta Indah Abadi booth and received many positive review from guest.
Actively holding and sharing tips on beverage creation, Rotaryana used the ICEHOT series in every demo at FHI. More specifically, Rotaryana uses ICEHOT Beverage Topping to make dollop and base. ICEHOT Beverage Topping is very stable and produces beautiful dollop, especially in collaboration with the whip cream dispenser from Rotaryana.
Through its baking demo, MEG Cheese used Gold Label to make Roll Cake Chef Surya from MEG Cheese said Gold Label has a superior texture as a filling for Roll Cake. Easy to shake and shiny.
